Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Associate to join our growing practice, serving individuals and families in Washington and Idaho with comprehensive, practical estate planning and post death administration services.

This role focuses on foundational and tax-aware estate planning, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and Washington estate tax-sensitive planning for middle and class families. You will also handle probate and trust administration for non-taxable and moderately complex estates. You will work collaboratively within our estate planning team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients assigned to you.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, values precision, and wants to build deep expertise in estate planning and administration within a collaborative team environment.

Business Transactions Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Transactions Attorney to join our collaborative, values-driven law firm.

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners—providing practical legal counsel, not just drafting documents. You will work closely with existing attorneys in the practice group and play a key role in our growing subscription-based, outsourced general counsel services for business clients.

This position is initially collaborative, with an expectation that you will own client matters over time.

Attorneys with experience in estate planning or real estate law may have opportunities to integrate those skills into their practice within the firm.

Employment Law Attorney (Employer Side)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our firm and represent employers in both advisory and litigation matters.

This role focuses primarily on serving businesses with proactive counseling, risk management, and defense of employment-related claims. You will advise business owners and leadership teams on compliance, workplace policies, and personnel decisions, and represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation when disputes arise.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to employer clients and work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Depending on experience and interest, this role may also include opportunities to assist with related business or transactional matters that intersect with employment law.

Estate Planning Attorney (Advanced / High Net Worth)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our firm and serve clients with sophisticated, tax-driven estate planning and estate administration needs.

This role includes advanced planning for high-net-worth clients as well as assistance in post-death administration for taxable estate and complex trusts. You will coordinate closely with CPAs and advisors to guide clients through both lifetime planning and post death implementation—particularly important given Washington’s estate tax structure.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager for clients assigned to you and work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals in the practice group.

While the primary focus of this role is sophisticated estate planning and administration, attorneys with experience or interest in complex business or transactional matters may have opportunities to engage in those areas.

We support our attorneys so they can make a meaningful impact.
