Additional Information

Packages include Durable Power of Attorney (Financial Decisions), Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions, Directive to Physicians, and Community Property Agreement (if applicable).

Testamentary trust(s) may include children’s trust, grandchildren’s trust, pet trust, or gun trust.

Separate or complex trust provision(s) applies to individuals with high asset levels or specific life circumstances that may require trust document(s) such as an irrevocable living trust, revocable living trust, irrevocable life insurance trust, spousal trust, or special needs trust.

Hourly estate plans are based on the lead attorney’s hourly rate. An advance fee deposit, as determined by the attorney during the initial appointment, may be requested prior to our office beginning work.

Quit Claim Deed & Transfer on Death Deed require recording payments to the appropriate county and payment of $10 REETA processing fee (in Washington State). The county recording fee and $10 REETA processing fee are included in the flat fee. However, excise tax, if applicable, and any potential third-party fees (i.e., third-party notary or overnight delivery charges) are not included in the flat-fee price.

Prices listed above are valid until July 31, 2025. Retention of legal services and formation of an attorney-client relationship are subject to a conflict check, signing of a representation agreement and 50% payment of the flat-fee in advance.

Special postage or delivery fees, and other hard costs unless specifically stated are not included in the flat-fee price. You are responsible for these fees in addition to the flat-fee price.
