You will work collaboratively within our estate planning team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients assigned to you.

Business Transactions Attorney
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners—providing practical legal counsel, not just drafting documents. You will work closely with existing attorneys in the practice group and play a key role in our growing subscription-based, outsourced general counsel services for business clients.
This position is initially collaborative, with an expectation that you will own client matters over time.
Employment Law Attorney (Employer Side)
Position Overview
This role focuses primarily on serving businesses with proactive counseling, risk management, and defense of employment-related claims. You will advise business owners and leadership teams on compliance, workplace policies, and personnel decisions, and represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation when disputes arise.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to employer clients and work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
Estate Planning Attorney (Advanced / High Net Worth)
Position Overview
This role includes advanced planning for high-net-worth clients as well as assistance in post-death administration for taxable estate and complex trusts. You will coordinate closely with CPAs and advisors to guide clients through both lifetime planning and post death implementation—particularly important given Washington’s estate tax structure.
You will serve as the primary relationship manager for clients assigned to you and work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals in the practice group.
