Jane Bitz

Jane was a solo practitioner for many years, prior to joining WHC Attorneys as Of Counsel. Jane’s practice focused on elder law. She assisted seniors and their families with tax planning, estate planning, long term care planning, Medicaid qualification, guardianship, alternatives to guardianship, trust administration, and probate. Jane had a passion for protecting her elderly clients from financial exploitation. Jane received her B.S. from Montana State University and her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. Jane retired from the practice of law in 2025.
