Jane G. Bitz is an attorney who has been practicing law in Spokane for over 20 years. Her practice emphasizes Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate.
Jane practiced as a solo practitioner for many years, but has now joined the law firm of Wolff, Hislop & Crockett, PLLC as of counsel. Ms. Bitz has been in private practice in Spokane since she was admitted to the bar. Jane has experience in working with clients, including seniors and their families, in the areas of tax and estate planning, long term care planning and Medicaid qualification, guardianship, alternatives to guardianship, trust administration and probate. Jane has also successfully litigated cases involving financial exploitation of her elderly clients.
Prior to law school Ms. Bitz received her B.S. in Film and Television Production at Montana State University. After working several years in advertising and commercial production, she attended Gonzaga University School of Law and obtained her J.D., Magna Cum Laude. She was admitted to the Washington State Bar in October, 1993.
