Litigation Attorney
Position Overview
Our litigation practice includes business, real estate, estate and trust disputes, construction matters, contract claims, employment disputes, and insurance coverage issues. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while working collaboratively within a team environment. While this role involves exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters, attorneys have the opportunity to develop deeper focus in specific types of litigation—such as construction, estate disputes, business partnership disputes, or insurance coverage—where client demand and case volume support that specialization.
You will represent business owners, fiduciaries, property owners, and individuals in complex and high-stakes disputes, delivering practical, strategic advocacy aligned with our clients’ long-term goals.
