15 years Private Practice Experience

Brad went to law school with a desire to advocate for his clients in the courtroom. After trying cases for over fifteen years, he believes that his role is to resolve conflict as quickly and efficiently as possible so his clients can focus on what matters to them.

Sometimes resolution requires a full trial, but often it is better to resolve the matter before reaching the courtroom.  Regardless, the best way to get a case resolved is to prepare from the beginning to go the distance.  Brad’s goal is to save his clients time and give them peace of mind.

After growing up in Spokane, Brad returned to the area in 2010 after serving four years as an attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). In the Army, Brad tried cases as a prosecutor and defense counsel and was awarded the Bronze Star while deployed to Iraq in 2008. Brad continues to serve as a JAG Officer with the Washington Army National Guard.

Outside of the law, Brad enjoys spending time with his family at the lake or in the mountains, or watching his kids play team sports.  Brad is an active member of his church, Valley Real Life.
