Adam Kitz

Associate Attorney

2 years Private Practice Experience

Adam went to law school with a desire to help clients avoid disputes and, when they cannot be avoided, to resolve them in a timely manner. His ultimate goal is to minimize his client’s stress.

Adam’s broad-based estate planning practice is focused on estate tax planning and dispute avoidance. He specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration, dispute resolution among beneficiaries, and helping families move on after the loss of a loved one. In his day-to-day practice, Adam prepares estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, physician’s directives, irrevocable life insurance trusts, revocable living trusts, gifting documents, and other mechanisms to minimize exposure to state and federal estate tax. In addition to his estate planning practice, Adam is experienced in general business litigation, common interest community management, and representation of municipal corporations.

Adam grew up in Snoqualmie, Washington, where both of his parents owned small businesses. This allowed him to see the importance of legal representation no matter the size of the case first hand. Adam graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and went directly to Gonzaga University School of Law where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Outside of the office, Adam plays bass guitar in a local band and produces music for local artists on the side. When not working on law or music, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two black cats, and Russian tortoise.
